The 8 inch Chef Knife is a general purpose kitchen knife that is built to be able to take on the widest variety of kitchen tasks.

It features a gentle belly for excellent rock chopping and slicing, a fine tip for precise work and is balanced right at the heel of the blade so that there is not loss of power in the cut.

The spine and the choil have been crowned to ensure that the blade feels comfortable for prolonged work in the kitchen.
