The 7 inch filleting knife is designed for getting the most out of your seafood.
The blade swoops back slightly to allow for precision around joints and the blade has high felixibility to allow you to get close to the bone.
The handle is designed to to enable control and precision while holding the blade on the bias when skinning and filleting but also to be confortable while holding it in hammer grip when slicing and doing straight cuts.
The blade features a Spanish notch for easy sharpening and a finger guard to ensure the safety of your digits.Sharpening

All our knives come with free worldwide shipping.
Free shipping only covers the costs imposed on Cut Throat Knives at the point of sale with the mail courier. Prices quoted may be subject to individual Country importation fees imposed by government authority upon the Goods. All such taxes shall be payable by the Customer.
