Intermediate Bread Knife Making Class.
This class is a two day course starting at 9am and finish at 5pm both days.
YOU MUST BE 18+ to attend the class.

What You'll Learn
At the end of the course you’ll walk away with your own stainless offset bread knife. You’ll also have gained knowledge about how to heat treat stainless steel, create and sharpen serations, cold forge bolsters and work with complex materials.
