The 4 inch Paring Knife is the kitchen scalpel. Made for precision, it excels hulling strawberries, deveining shrimp and peeling apples.

The balance of the knife is slightly into the handle to ensure that it feels weighted correctly when doing off board work. The handle is designed to work in pinch grip as well as claw grip for off board work. If utter precision is needed the rounded choil ensures that you can safely choke up on the blade.
