A homage to French Knife making, the Sabatier is the kitchen workhorse. The Sabatier is a heavy duty power house. It has extra length for long cuts which makes it excel with primal cuts of meats and carving.
The cutting edge is gently curved so that it can easily manuveaur between slicing and rock chopping. The handle sits at 5.5 inches long so works perfectly for those with larger hands. While the blade is longer the balance and geometry ensure that it never feels unwieldy.
The spine and the choil have been crowned to ensure that the blade feels comfortable for prolonged work in the kitchen.Sharpening
