The 6 inch Santoku is a perfect kitchen knife in a small package. Exceedingly versatile while only taking up a small footprint.
The handle is designed to feel equally good in pinch grip and handle grip. The blade is great for smaller kitchens where space can be at a premium and a larger knife can be too unwieldy and the extra width is perfect for manoeuvring food on your cutting board.
