Returns Policy
Cut Throat Knives guarantees all knives that it sells to be free from defect in material, construction or workmanship for the life of the product under normal use and following the care instructions. This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser. Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, discolorations from food and rust spots are not covered. Knife chips and broken knife tips can often be repaired by re-sharpening.
Any alterations to the blade after-sale (eg. change of handle, engraving) voids this warranty.
This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies that may be available to consumers under law. If a claim is made, Cut Throat Knives will at its sole option, either repair, remedy or if necessary replace any product which in our opinion does not meet our workmanship standards.
